CQC reviewed all the information they hold about Match Options and carried out a site visit on 26 January 2012, talked to staff and also talked to people who use services.
Comments received from People who use staff supplied by Match Options indicated that there was a high level of confidence in the quality, knowledge and experience of staff supplied by Match Options.
Information supplied by the company provided assurance of the staffs’qualifications, level of training and monitoring processes.
